Shiatsu

Shiatsu literally translated means “finger pressure” in Japanese. It is one form of physical therapy based on Chinese medicine´s meridian system.

Shiatsu targets physical, emotional and mental well-being by applying pressure on the meridians.

It is also possible to use mobilisation exercise in order to release impairment of the musculoskeletal system.

Due to the deeply effective, gentle nature of Shiatsu it is also possible to receive this treatment during pregnancy. It can be administered through loose, comfortable clothing.

Reflexology

Reflexology is based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet which correspond to every organ of the body. Through application of pressure on these reflexes, reflexology relieves tension and helps promote the natural function of the related areas of the body and the entire organism.
