Thiamine or Vitamin B1 is needed to produce cellular energy from the foods you eat. Thiamine is a B vitamin that helps your body to use carbohydrates for energy. It’s also needed for the synthesis of DNA and RNA. It is also important for normal function of your heart, muscles, and nervous system. Most  people get enough thiamine in their diet, but certain health conditions (e.g., alcoholism, poor nutrition, pregnancy, stomach /intestinal diseases) can cause a deficiency in thiamine. Deficency in riboflavin reflects in sore throat, lesions of the lips and mucosa of the mouth, glossitis, conjunctivitis, seborrheic dermatitis, and normochromic-normocytic anemia.

Vitamin B3 (Niacin)

Vitamin C

Required for the biosynthesis of collagen, L-carnitine, and certain neurotransmitters; also is involved in protein metabolism. It is also an important physiological antioxidant and has been shown to regenerate other antioxidants within the body.  Vitamin C plays an important role in immune function and improves the absorption of nonheme iron, the form of iron present in plant-based foods. It also boosts your immune system. Vitamin C might play a role with next diseases- cancer (including prevention and treatment), cardiovascular disease, age-related macular degeneration (AMD) and cataracts, and the common cold. Vitamin D

Vitamin D is an essential vitamin for the body. Its’ roles are various, including modulation of cell growth, neuromuscular and immune function, and reduction of inflammation. Vitamin D is sometimes called the “sunshine vitamin” because it’s produced in your skin in response to sunlight. Your body produces vitamin D naturally when it’s directly exposed to sunlight. It can strengthen your bones and also improve muscle strength. Also it improves chances of a healthy pregnancy, and lowers the risk from diabetes. Vitamin D protects your brain from DNA damage through prevention of telomere shortening and inhibition of telomerase activity. And prevents oxidative damage to DNA.
