Vitamin B1 (Thiamine)
Thiamine or Vitamin B1 is needed to produce cellular energy from the foods you eat. Thiamine is a B vitamin that helps your body to use carbohydrates for energy. It’s also needed for the synthesis of DNA and RNA. It is also important for normal function of your heart, muscles, and nervous system.
